Millwright Electrician A

Responsibilities

• Work in a plywood mill as an Electrician
• Must possess the knowledge to work with Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLC)
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot/change electric motors, diagnose chart recorders, Honeywell controllers, MTS temposonics, and various sizes of transformers
• Must have working knowledge of shop math and blue print reading, relay logic systems, circuit breakers, starters, etc.
• Must be competent in working with Windows based computer programs such as Windows Explorer and RSLogix
• Two years electrical experience in manufacturing industry is required
• Vocational or technical school diploma in electricity/electronics is preferred

Requirements

• Full understanding and working knowledge of multi-meters, wiggies, meggers, amprobes, temperature meter, and servo driver
• Working knowledge of shop math and blue print reading, relay logic systems, circuit breakers, starters, etc.
• Competent in working with Windows based computer programs such as Windows Explorer and RSLogix

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience in manufacturing industry is required
• Vocational or technical school diploma in electricity/electronics is preferred
• High school diploma or GED is required
