Millwright

Location: Ishpeming, MI – Cleveland-Cliffs has immediate openings for Millwrights at our Tilden Mine operation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, dismantle, assemble, replace defective parts, and adjust plant machinery
• Use torch to cut and heat
• Perform welding and air arc cutting
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field or at least 2 years of directly related full-time work experience
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety information, operating instructions and procedure manuals
• Work safely and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays
• Willing to work overtime
