When you join our team, you’ll support or deliver some of the biggest and most complex machinery installation and relocation projects globally, working across diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, infrastructure, print, packaging, FMCG, and metals.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to layout plans in an industrial setting.
- Perform alignments on motors, gearboxes, and rollers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of grades and sizes of bolts, pipes, and tubing.
- Install and lubricate bearings.
- Operate mobile equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and cranes.
- Weld and use a cutting torch.
- Use precision instruments to align and measure equipment during installation or modification.
- Utilize common power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders.
- Apply knowledge of standard and metric size hand tools, including wrenches, sockets, Allen keys, bits, and taps.
- Follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality output.
Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred but not required.
- 10-hour Construction OSHA certification required.
- 4 years of Millwright experience preferred but not required.
- 1 year of experience in Crane, Welding, Rigging, Conveyor Installation, or Theodolite operations is desirable but not required.
Skills
- Construct, assemble, repair, and dismantle machinery and equipment using tools such as hammers, wrenches, crowbars, rollers, dollies, hoists, and other hand tools.
- Select appropriate rigging based on specific load requirements.
- Interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans, and client-provided specifications to determine materials and job requirements.
- Operate equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
- Familiarity with conveyor systems and related equipment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong understanding of job site safety protocols and ability to complete company-specific safety training.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Physical capability to handle tools and manipulate objects with strength and precision.
- Coordinate tasks to ensure timely project completion.
