Millwork Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Working on 5-10 projects at various stages.
- Conducting site visits for precise field measurements and installation supervision.
- Management of the submittal process including review of architectural drawings and assisting in the engineering of shop drawings with design engineers.
- Communicate with team members on materials being used and assist in procuring quotes or specifying specialty items.
- Reviewing shop drawings to ensure best practices are followed prior to production.
- Cooking with production to ensure all quality expectations are maintained.
- Cooking deliveries and installation with GC's and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of plastic laminate, wood veneer, panel products, hardwoods, cabinet hardware, mouldings, etc.
- Ability to read construction and shop drawings.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively through email and in-person.
- Organized, demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
- Installation, shop floor, engineering, fabrication, or purchasing experience is preferred, however, we will train people with minimal experience with the right attitude and ambition.

The Position: We’re looking for a Millwork Project Manager with installation, shop floor, engineering, fabrication, or purchasing experience to aid in the overall management and completion of projects from start to finish with other team members.
