Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Job Overview Are you an experienced millwork professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and precision assembly? We are looking for a skilled Millwork Cabinet Maker to join our team! In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will assemble custom cabinets and millwork components using precut plywood and MDF panels. You will read and interpret assembly drawings, laminate panels and cabinets, and ensure finished products meet quality and dimensional specifications. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of millwork experience, understands cabinet assembly, and is comfortable working with MDF panels and other wood-based materials. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret assembly drawings, shop drawings, and blueprints.Assemble precut plywood and MDF panels to construct cabinets and millwork products.Laminate panels and assembled cabinets according to project specifications.Measure, align, fit, and secure components to ensure accurate assembly.Use hand tools, power tools, and other appropriate equipment to complete cabinet assembly and fabrication tasks.Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, finish, and overall quality.Maintain consistent workmanship and attention to detail throughout the production process.Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.Follow established production procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in millwork or cabinet making required.Experience working with MDF panels and plywood.Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, shop drawings, and blueprints.Knowledge of cabinet assembly and panel lamination techniques.Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.Shift: First shift.Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.Work schedule: Consistent weekday schedule.
