Mill Warehouse Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials, load and unload products, and ensure inventory is accurately tracked and organized.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform pre-op inspections of forklifts, report repairs to maintenance and leadership, and submit work requests.
• Use scanners and forklift tablets to locate ingredients and correct locations if necessary.
• Receive incoming shipments by verifying PO to BOL, receive into internal ERP system (Plex), scan, and store in designated rows.
• Restock ingredients back into locations once weight is verified.
• Stage materials for mill processing (FIFO) and dispose of materials.
• Fix and replace broken pallets.
• Palletize trailers and manage recycling.
• Conduct cycle counts.
• Verify all materials and ingredients are put away and cleaned by shift end.
• Assist in toting out trailers and dumping totes when necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.50 per hour.

Schedule

• 4th Shift: Friday – Sunday, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (+$4 shift differential).
• 5th Shift: Friday – Sunday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (+$5 shift differential).
