Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3 & 5 axis CNC Mills/Routers and primary operations equipment
- Lead setups for new and existing programs; support Operators as needed
- Machine parts to print using work orders, blueprints, and GD&T
- Perform self-inspection and process non-conforming material per procedure
- Set tooling/work offsets and adjust machining parameters
- Troubleshoot routine machining or process issues and communicate trends
- Track scrap, document issues, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Complete all required production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Required Experience
- 3–5 years CNC milling experience
- 1–2 years CNC setup experience
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes
Skills
- G & M code comprehension
- Proficient with calipers, height gauges, and precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
