Responsibilities
- Unload tankers safely and achieve minimum established targets.
- CIP tankers and silos, maintaining time management and documentation.
- Load out cream while meeting quality and customer requirements.
- Complete master sanitation and maintain a clean environment.
- Control product losses by actively seeking solutions.
- Follow and promote plant and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety, and other plant policies.
- Inspect raw materials as required.
Qualifications
- Able to use and understand calculations and production rates.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to be proactive in seeking solutions and working collaboratively.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Able to interpret and apply company policies.
- Able to adapt and manage changes effectively.
