Military & Veteran Mental Health Clinician, Part-Time AI Review - Remote (United States)
About the role
Work on the cutting edge of mental health AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the clinical judgment you already have. The mental health AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real clinicians. The teams building them need clinicians who work with military and veteran populations to develop realistic, challenging case materials and simulated patient interactions, evaluate the accuracy of AI responses, write the answer a qualified clinician would give, and explain precisely where the system falls short. Your clinical judgment helps shape the next generation of mental health AI. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice. This role is worth your time because you will get paid $100–$200 an hour to build real AI skills on top of your current job, work directly with frontier AI mental health tools and see how they are built, tested and improved (experience most mental health clinicians will not have for years), build a career edge for the future as AI reshapes mental health care, and enjoy fully remote, fully flexible work with no fixed shifts or commute.
Responsibilities
- Check case studies, simulated patient conversations and other mental health materials for clinical accuracy, relevance and cultural sensitivity
- Judge AI-generated content by how well it reflects sound clinical decision-making, diagnosis, and treatment
- Write, revise and organize prompts, responses and scenarios focused on mental health care for service members and veterans
- Record ways the model could improve and bring clinical perspectives to virtual discussions
Qualifications
- A PhD in clinical psychology or completion of a psychiatry residency
- Substantial direct patient care experience with service members or veterans
