Responsibilities

• Support military spouses in finding suitable roles within TekSynap
• Review resumes and cover letters submitted through the provided link
• Reach out to candidates whose qualifications match available roles
• Communicate with candidates about potential job openings via email and/or phone
• Ensure compliance with any vaccination requirements as mandated by contract, applicable law or regulation

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of information technology and its applications
• Experience supporting military spouses or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of federal government customer needs and requirements
