Military Construction Program Management Facilities Professional
About the role
As a facilities manager, you understand the importance of relationship-building and detail-oriented work when overseeing the life cycle of a project. You bring client engagement skills to impact projects that will modernize, streamline, and strengthen Military Construction (MILCON) program execution across critical federal infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end
- Collaborate with senior leadership
- Oversee a team to develop creative solutions on mission-critical MILCON program management efforts in federal and defense environments
- Develop program guidance, track project execution, and prepare high-visibility reporting materials
- Assemble formal government notifications or documentation packages for review and approval
- Support Congressional engagements and formal federal review processes
- Manage multi-phase project reporting and construct analytic summaries for senior leaders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting MILCON, federal facilities management, or capital investment programs
- Knowledge of military construction processes, design authority lifecycle, or federal budget analysis
- Ability to develop program guidance, track project execution, and prepare high-visibility reporting materials
- Ability to assemble formal government notifications or documentation packages for review and approval
- Secret clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, real estate, public policy, or finance field
Skills
- Nice if you have: Experience assisting with Congressional engagements or formal federal review processes, Knowledge of ETMS2 workflows or MILCON-specific program documentation, Ability to manage multi-phase project reporting and construct analytic summaries for senior leaders, Master’s degree in engineering, real estate, public policy, finance, or a related field, PMP, CFM, or relevant facilities or acquisition certifications

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
