Responsibilities

  • Nets with military bases to maintain and build relationships
  • Establishes rapport with military personnel and seeks future Universal Technical Institute students
  • Conducts educational and motivational presentations to interested individuals
  • Uses all marketing and recruiting tools to promote Universal Technical Institute
  • Effectively addresses potential students' concerns
  • Maintains knowledge of Universal Technical Institute programs, financing options, and other pertinent information
  • Answers prospective student questions during a presentation
  • Maintains travel logs and reports to track the number of visits and leads generated
  • Adheres to all regulatory compliance criteria and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with public speaking preferred
  • Military and recruiting experience preferred
  • 2 years sales experience preferred

Abilities

  • Able and willing to:
    • Use hearing and sight (both near and far vision)
    • Drive a vehicle safely
    • Lift and maneuver sales presentation materials (less than 50 lbs)
