Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses and nonprofits to secure customized work experience opportunities that align with student interests and abilities.
• Facilitate daily, proactive communication with families to ensure a seamless transition process and maintain consistency between school and home environments.
• Execute daily responsibilities with high autonomy, prioritizing tasks and making policy-aligned decisions with minimal supervision.
• Champion the student-led "Believe" business through creative problem-solving, fostering student confidence, teamwork, and leadership.
• Implement specialized transition curricula and independent living instruction to drive student growth, utilizing the Young Adult Services scope and sequence.
