Migration Delivery, Deployment Strategist

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Migration Delivery, Deployment Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead complex customer migration engagements from planning through execution, with a strong focus on delivery governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. You will partner closely with Professional Services, systems integrators, product teams, and senior customer stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned, on track, and tied to clear business outcomes. The position also calls for a practical, technology-forward approach to using AI tools and modern delivery methods to improve efficiency and execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement success, ensuring accountability for the full delivery lifecycle
• Establish governance and manage project milestones while mitigating risks
• Direct daily operations of cross-functional teams to align on delivery
• Act as the primary contact for C-suite customer stakeholders, translating workstreams to business value
• Lead steering committee reviews, guiding customers through organizational change
• Conduct discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns
• Utilize AI tools to streamline project assets and enhance delivery workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise customer delivery or technical program management
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams for tight client engagements
• Strong expertise in program governance and scope management
• Experience collaborating with Professional Services and systems integrators
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Willingness to travel 25% to customer sites
