MIG Welder/Fabricator - Evening Shift

About the role

MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR responsible for producing high-quality welds efficiently in a customer-focused environment. The position requires in-person work in Olathe, KS, with relocation if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality welds according to specifications, determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.
• Conduct first piece checks and submit samples for quality assurance inspection.
• Maintain accurate production records to ensure correct part quantities.
• Organize work based on complexity, method, and estimated completion time for timely processing.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welding.
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and precision in craftsmanship.
