About the role

LV Petroleum operates a chain of travel centers offering a variety of food services, fuel options, and amenities for guests. We are seeking a Team Member to strengthen our customer service team at our locations. If you are a sociable person eager to provide excellent service, this role may be for you!

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with purchases, and answer questions about products and promotions.
• Transaction Handling: Accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: Keep the checkout area and surroundings clean and organized.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure prompt service and a smooth checkout experience.
• Inventory Control: Help monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Availability: Must be reliable and flexible, with availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attitude: Energetic and positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.
