About the role
The cook or preparer is responsible for working their station until the end of their shift. Positions available include: Sandwich station, salad station, pizza station, and preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items as indicated, cleanly and in time.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate kitchen equipment correctly and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain the station appropriately and hygienically.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and work area.
- Fill in during the shift as needed.
- Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance, wearing the uniform and adhering to corporate dress code.
- Perform any additional duties as required. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods without breaks, exposure to heat, smoke, and cold, reaching heights of approximately 6 feet and depths of approximately 3 feet, and being able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
