About the Role
Our globally-integrated solutions support global workforce mobility, including immigration, tax, managed services, and digital solutions. As a trusted advisor of compliance, consulting, and technology services to multinational corporations, you will solve complex, cross-border workforce mobility challenges to ensure our clients and their employees have a consistent and compliant global mobility experience.
Responsibilities

- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet Vialto/client's expectations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Certification(s) Required (at least 1): CPA, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, Global Mobility Specialist Certification, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Preferred Skills
- Extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in understanding cross-border employee movement, including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance, and the tax equalization process.
- Experience managing international assignee populations of multinational clients and working in a professional service environment leveraging a worldwide network.
- Experience in expatriate tax program policy and administration design.
- Ability to identify and address client needs, build and maintain client relationships, and manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, and coaching staff with timely feedback.
- Familiarity with a CRM system.
- Knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment, including innovating through new technologies, working with large data sets, and utilizing digitization tools to optimize engagements.
- Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
Pay
$105,000 - $170,000

This is a regular, full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago.
