Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain gas processing facilities.
- Participate in plant improvement and expansion projects.
- Evaluate and optimize existing assets through collaboration with multidiscipline teams.
- Monitor daily operations and work with Plant Superintendent and Operators to improve plant efficiency.
- Develop and track annual plant operating budgets.
- Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of plant operating expenses and forecast future expenditures.
- Collaborate with engineering and environmental teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Execute multiple projects concurrently, handling stress and working in a demanding environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering required.
- Recent gas processing project management experience, with at least 2 years’ experience, 5 years’ experience preferred.
- Prior experience in relevant areas such as compression & dehydration, refrigeration & turbo-expander liquids recovery, sour gas treating.
- Experience with BR&E ProMax process simulation software and DNV Synergi hydraulic modeling software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven ability to handle multiple assignments, set realistic goals, and meet deadlines.
