About the role
Companionship only case for a male client. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am to 3 pm. Located by YMCA of Midlothian.
Requirements
- PCA Certificate or non-expired CNA Certification
- Certification of Completion from an approved 40-hour PCA class
- CNA license, if applicable
- PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) (must be willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
- First Aid/CPR card (must be willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Eligibility to work in the US (e.g., Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate)
