Midlevel Litigation Associate - IP & Complex Litigation

About the role

We’re currently seeking mid-level litigation associates with four (4) to six (6) years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

Requirements

We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Qualifications

Superior academic credentials are a must.

Skills

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000. The actual base salary offered may depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
