Middleware IAC Engineer (Ansible Specialist)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform.
• Design and manage Middleware Technologies including WebSphere, Tomcat, IIB, Client, Messaging Brokers, and MQ.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) best practices using Terraform.
• Work with DevOps tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, and Nexus to streamline CI/CD processes.
• Provide technical support for Unix/Linux-based environments.
• Collaborate on AWS infrastructure, optimizing cloud-based deployments (preferred).
• Lead middleware system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure secure and scalable automation practices across development environments.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Ansible Automation Platform.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and middleware engineering.
• Expertise in WebSphere, Tomcat, IIB, Client, Messaging Brokers, and MQ.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and DevOps tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus).
• Solid Unix/Linux system administration experience.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure (preferred).
