Position Responsibilities
- Supervise students in a variety of settings, including study halls and student reflection time.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment while reinforcing school expectations.
- Respond appropriately to student needs and communicate concerns or incidents to the appropriate faculty member or administrator.
- Build positive relationships with students while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
- Provide short-term classroom coverage during unexpected or last-minute faculty absences.
- Follow lesson plans and classroom procedures provided by the absent teacher.
- Supervise study halls and other student activities as needed throughout the school day.
- Provide lunch coverage for front office staff and assist with basic reception duties when needed.
- Aid in the preparation of materials, forms, rosters, and supplies for field trips, school programs, and special events.
- Support standardized testing by preparing rooms, supervising students, distributing and collecting materials, and assisting with testing logistics.
- Copy, organize, label, distribute, and collect school materials and documents.
- Provide general administrative support for short-term Middle School projects and other operational needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with middle school students preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
