Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of students with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective educational programs.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Current certification in Special Education (K-12).
• Experience working with at-risk youth preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Knowledge of current special education practices and trends.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
