Middle School Science Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled middle school science teacher to support students in building strong foundational knowledge within a structured, student-centered, small-group classroom. This role focuses on fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry through thoughtful planning and differentiation. Teachers are empowered to make instructional decisions that best meet their students' needs, with ongoing organizational support to help manage classroom logistics and day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster curiosity and critical thinking in students
• Plan and differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
• Engage students in scientific inquiry and experimentation
• Manage classroom logistics and day-to-day responsibilities with support

Requirements

• Charismatic, student-focused personality
• 1-2 years of teaching experience
• Comfort with technology (or willingness to learn new platforms)

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 12:55 PM - 5:00 PM
