About the role

Mistaff is seeking a Middle School Science Teacher for the Harrison Community Schools district. This position is full-time and open until filled.

Responsibilities

• Teach science curriculum aligned with state standards
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet student needs
• Assess student learning through various methods
• Collaborate with colleagues on instructional strategies and resources
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science Education or related field
• Michigan Teaching Certificate in Science
• Experience teaching middle school science preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
