Report This Listing Job Description Full-Time Position Holy Savior Academy is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-centered educator to teach Middle School Science and Social Studies for grades 6 - 8. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about academic excellence, committed to fostering a positive classroom environment, and eager to support the mission and values of Catholic education. Someone who will be a team player in our small school community. Responsibilities Teach Science and Social Studies courses for students in grades 6 - 8 Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Create a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, collaboration, and respect Foster a positive and engaging learning environment Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records Communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and administration Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into instruction Support the mission and values of Catholic education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required Valid teaching certification preferred Middle school teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Commitment to academic excellence and student growth Practicing Catholic preferred, but not required About Holy Savior Academy Holy Savior Academy is committed to providing a faith-filled, academically rigorous education that nurtures the spiritual, intellectual, and personal development of every student.
