Responsibilities

  • Foster student growth by using a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and individualized support to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Maximize student achievement through ongoing assessments and tailored instructional adjustments to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to provide well-rounded support for students’ academic and personal success.
  • Build a positive classroom environment based on mutual respect, active inquiry, and a shared passion for learning, where all students feel heard, valued, and empowered.
  • Incorporate technology and creative tools to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for success in a 21st-century world.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities supported by the school, staying informed about emerging trends and continuously modeling lifelong learning for your students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
  • Possession of, or eligibility for, valid teaching certification.
  • Teaching experience, which may include student teaching or other relevant experience.
  • Strong command of the subject(s) you teach and the ability to deliver content in an engaging, impactful manner.
  • Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.

Pay

Total Possible Compensation Package: $57,187.50

  • Base Salary
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Retention Stipend
  • Enrollment Incentive Stipend
  • Employer 401K Match (2.5% of Base Salary)
