About the role

Planning and conducting practices, drills, and event day match-ups (Support from high school staff as needed). Provides instruction and guidance to wrestlers, focusing on skill development and overcoming adversity. Observes and analyzes athlete performance, providing feedback and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance.
• Helps organize team travel and logistics.
• Communicates with student athletes and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Currently Hold BOEE Licensure of Coaching Endorsement or Authorization
