About the role
The Bromfield School is seeking a dynamic individual to lead their middle school girls soccer team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the varsity and JV coaches to provide a high-quality, well-rounded experience for student athletes.
Responsibilities
- Work with varsity and JV coaches to develop and implement training programs
- Coordinate practices and games with the team
- Provide support and guidance to players during practices and games
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including CPR/AED certification
- Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Prior playing experience
- Prior coaching experience (preferred but not required)
- CPR/AED certification
- Drivers license
- A great sense of humor
