Middle School Football Coach, Part-time

About the role

Westminster Christian Academy is currently seeking a part-time Middle School Football Coach for the fall 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement football programs for middle school students
• Work closely with the Assistant Athletic Director to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
• Attend team meetings and practices as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during practices and games

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience coaching middle school sports
• Strong knowledge of football rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Biblical worldview aligned with Westminster Christian Academy’s values
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively

Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
• Knowledge of player development and training techniques

Benefits

• Compensation with a seasonal stipend based on experience

Pay

Candidate compensation will be determined by the level of coaching experience.

Schedule

Part-time schedule to be determined based on the candidate's availability and the needs of the program.
