Roles & Responsibilities
- Varsity Field Hockey: Assistant Coach position.
- JV Boys' Soccer: Head and Assistant Coaches for 5th/6th Grade teams.
Qualifications
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, or collegiate level preferred.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic about working with middle school students.
- Passionate about guiding and mentoring middle school students during a formative stage of development.
- Patient, encouraging, and committed to fostering confidence, resilience, and a love of learning through sport.
- Prioritizes creating a supportive and inclusive team environment where all students feel valued.
- Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Committed to principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The compensation range for coaching positions is a one-time stipend of $2,250 for Assistant Head Coaches. Actual salaries will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to degrees received, years of teaching experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of any additional benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
