Middle School English Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled middle school English teacher to support students in developing strong reading, writing, and communication skills within a structured, small-group, student-centered classroom. This role focuses on fostering critical thinking, analysis, and a love of literature through thoughtful planning and differentiation. Teachers are empowered to make instructional decisions that best meet their students' needs, with ongoing organizational support to help manage classroom logistics and day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Charismatic, student-focused personality
• 1-2 years of teaching experience

This role is in-person at one of our partner schools in Brooklyn, NY. Hours are Monday - Thursday: 12:55 PM - 5:00 PM.

$50k-$75k
