About the role
Westminster Christian Academy is currently seeking a part-time Middle School Cross Country Coach for the fall 2026 season.
Responsibilities
- Coach cross country teams
- Develop and implement training programs
- Manage team logistics including scheduling meets and managing equipment
- Attend meetings and coach-ins with other coaches and administration
Requirements
- Experience coaching cross country
- Bible-based values and commitment to Westminster Christian Academy's mission
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of cross country coaching techniques
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
