About the role

Hastings Middle School is seeking a Middle School Sport Coach for the 26-27 Soccer Season. The ideal candidate will have successful coaching experience in soccer and substantial knowledge of its technical aspects. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to maintain a positive relationship with the community.

Responsibilities

• Advises, coordinates, and supports boys and girls athletic personnel.
• Serves as a mentor to each athlete to promote the development and community.
• Demonstrates Hastings Raider Athletic core values of Integrity, Whole Person, Sportsmanship, Work Ethic, Multi-Sport Athletes, and Fun.

Requirements

This position reports to the Middle School Athletic Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance. This coach is expected to adhere to the school's core values and maintain a positive community relationship.

Benefits

The 26-27 Soccer Season compensation is $1426.00. This position does not qualify for benefits as it is a seasonal/part-time position.
