Middle Office Portfolio Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with various teams to support the closing of new investment transactions.
  • Manage funding and financing processes for future transactions.
  • Validate and reconcile monthly portfolio reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Cook transactions exits.
  • Document investment transactions and submit requests for inter-entity cash transfers.
  • Oversee cash flow management across investment relationships.
  • Provide operational support and supervision to internal partners.
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reporting related to illiquid assets.
  • Work closely with global colleagues and service providers to enhance data and reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant financial services experience with exposure to Real Estate, Private Equity or Alternative Investments.
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • PREFERRED: Knowledge of capital markets and related financial instruments.
  • Experience with transaction legal documentation.
  • Understanding of lending, and loan servicing.
  • Skilled in cash forecasting and funding.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in cross-functional team settings.
