Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various teams to support the closing of new investment transactions.
- Manage funding and financing processes for future transactions.
- Validate and reconcile monthly portfolio reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Cook transactions exits.
- Document investment transactions and submit requests for inter-entity cash transfers.
- Oversee cash flow management across investment relationships.
- Provide operational support and supervision to internal partners.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reporting related to illiquid assets.
- Work closely with global colleagues and service providers to enhance data and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant financial services experience with exposure to Real Estate, Private Equity or Alternative Investments.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- PREFERRED: Knowledge of capital markets and related financial instruments.
- Experience with transaction legal documentation.
- Understanding of lending, and loan servicing.
- Skilled in cash forecasting and funding.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in cross-functional team settings.
