About the role

The Payment Solution Sales Team Lead reports to the PMI Healthcare Head and is responsible for leading a team and driving new-to-bank client acquisition while also deepening wallet share across existing clients, and delivering end-to-end Treasury Management and Payments solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a player-coach, owning a select portfolio of strategic clients while actively coaching, mentoring, and developing the broader sales team.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives PMI revenue growth across the full Treasury Management and Payments suite.
  • Champion end-to-end PMI selling, ensuring coordinated delivery of Treasury Management Services including Liquidity & Investments, Receivables, Payments, Commercial Cards, and Merchant Services, and Trade.
  • Partner closely with internal relationship managers, product leaders, and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, origination activity, wins, and revenue growth.
  • Drive consistent adoption of sales management disciplines, CRM tools, and deal-design best practices.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plan for treasury management products and services which is consistent with corporate objectives; targets markets for unique opportunities and greater penetration including new sales, calling activity and business retention quotas.

Ability to build and scale complex businesses, driving sustained revenue growth and market share gains. Strong understanding of technology enabled treasury and payments solutions and how digital capabilities enhance client outcomes and sales effectiveness. Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence skills. Deep expertise in Treasury Management services, including a strong understanding of liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, commercial cards, merchant services, and trade.

Pay

$180,270.00 - 220,330.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
