About the role
We are seeking full-time Assistant & Service Managers for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Middletown, OH.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively.
- Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Schedule mechanics/technicians work.
- Manage outside orders.
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs.
- Meet customer expectations.
- Ensure the safety of team members.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Mindset: Values dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
