Responsibilities

Assistant Manager:

• Support the Store Manager in ensuring efficient, safe, and effective store operations.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and standards.
• Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and manage outside orders.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of jobs and meet customer expectations.
• Prioritize team member safety.

Service Manager:

• Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians.
• Drive sales initiatives by communicating directly with customers, assessing their needs, and providing information on repairs and maintenance.
• Strive to meet customer expectations and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Values dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
