We are seeking full-time Assistant & Service Managers for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Conway, PA.

Support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operations at Midas retail locations.
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards.
Schedule mechanics/technicians work.
Manage outside orders.
Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs.
Meet customer expectations and ensure the safety of team members.
Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services.
Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians.
Stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
Drive sales initiatives of Midas.
Communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
