Mid to Senior Level Corporate Associate - Startup & Venture Capital

About the Role

We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, for our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Boston, New York, or Santa Monica offices.

Qualifications

• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Must be barred in the jurisdiction for which you are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
• In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience

Preferred Skills

• M&A and/or Capital Markets experience with technology or life sciences companies is a plus

Pay

$260,000 - $390,000 (actual base salary offered may depend upon qualifications, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications, and location). A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
