Role Overview We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 6–8 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in **Java, Angular and AWS**. The ideal candidate will bring experience in system design, architecture, automated testing and secure application development. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and enhance full-stack applications using Java, Angular and AWS.Contribute to system design and architectural decisions.Build and maintain automated tests to improve application quality and reliability.Apply secure coding practices and information security principles.Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents.Support integrations with Workday and other upstream and downstream systems.Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on enhancements.Participate in a team responsible for **24x7 support of business-critical applications**. Required Qualifications 6–8 years of relevant software engineering experience.Strong hands-on Java backend development skills.Strong Angular frontend development experience.Practical experience developing and supporting applications on AWS.Experience with system design and application architecture.Experience with automated testing.Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.Experience maintaining and enhancing mature enterprise applications.Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.Ability to work with complex integrations and multiple system dependencies.
