About the role
Support a federal government client by performing all-source Counterintelligence (CI) threat analysis tailored to the planning and execution of U.S. Army Technical Counterintelligence (TCI) missions. TCI operations include Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), TEMPEST, and Cyber activities.
- Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies.
- Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies.
- Contribute to developing CI strategies.
- Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs and related or supporting processes relevant to human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
- Create TCI threat products to support Operations Support Battalion, Army Counterintelligence Center (ACIC), and other Army elements as directed.
- Collect and maintain operational mission data to build short- and long-range operational calendars.
- Create weekly updates on supported operational activities and projected mission schedules.
- Create and/or update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for unit analytical support activities.
- Update and maintain the repository utilized to store TCI products.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Intelligence Analyst in the Technical CI field associated with Cyber, TSCM, or TEMPEST operations.
- Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Qualifications
Required education and experience:
- High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Associate’s degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Master’s Degree: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Security clearance required: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Pay
Salary range: $90,000 - $112,000. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
