Responsibilities

  • Software Development:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
    • Write code that adheres to coding standards, is well-structured, and efficiently implements required functionalities, while showcasing the potential of .NET languages and C1 components.
    • Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Problem Solving And Design:
    • Analyze complex problems, formulate effective solutions, and apply relevant design patterns.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of software architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
    • Propose innovative ideas and solutions to our user-stories.
  • Testing And Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and quality of samples and applications.
    • Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall code quality.
  • Team Collaboration And Professional Development:
    • Work collaboratively within the development team and participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning sessions.
    • Actively engage in knowledge-sharing, contributing to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices, and apply acquired knowledge to enhance skills and improve project outcomes.
  • Communication And Documentation:
    • Effectively communicate with team members and Tech Lead to convey ideas, share progress, and discuss technical solutions.
    • Document code, processes, and technical decisions to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain project documentation.
  • Direct Impact On Projects:
    • Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain sample applications demonstrating ComponentOne products’ capabilities.
    • Implement and adhere to best practices in software development, aligning with industry and company standards.

Requirements

  • B.E IT degree or CS Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience (no .NET experience required).

Pay

  • Starting salary: BTN 60,000 – 90,000/month (negotiable based on skills and experience) if you have 2-4 years of experience.
  • Starting salary: BTN 90,000–140,000/month (negotiable based on skills and experience) if you have 4+ years of experience.
