- Advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of private equity transactions
- Advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of capital markets offerings
- Advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of financings
- Advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of joint ventures
Requirements
- Top academic credentials are a prerequisite
- Technical proficiency in corporate tax, partnership tax, and international tax will be favorably considered
- Applicants must be admitted to and a member in good standing of that state’s bar in which office you are applying to
