Purpose and Impact
This position with Amentum is to support the United States Central Command J2 Directorate through the SSO. Your security expertise will be vital to the operations and security of the command. You will witness the impact of your work through the completion of contractual deliverables to the customer.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide multi-discipline Security Specialists to provide support to the USCENTCOM Special Security Office (CCJ2-SSO) in managing the Command Information Security, Personnel Security, and Physical Security Programs.
- Brief and train proper command security practices for the Command Security Indoctrination briefings to promote Security Education, Training & Awareness (SETA).
- Update local security publications as required, consistent with DoD/DIA guidance.
- Provide input into CENTCOM history reports and maintain the SSO webpage.
- Inspect and draft written feedback in support of the Command Inspection Program.
- Cookierize and authorize courier programs in coordination with customers and Defense Courier Service staff for the delivery and pickup of classified material and provide SME guidance for forward deployed units.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum 5 years of related security experience or Associate’s degree with experience working at a COCOM, or deployed SSO with two of the following: Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (DoD), experience with wireless security and a strong Physical Security background and experience using AMAG and DS CCTVB; OR Expertise using JPAS, Scattered Castles, CATS, DISS or equivalent Personnel Security System, SETA program.

Compensation Details
$85,000 - $88,000
