About the role
Connecteam is looking for a driven and hands-on Mid-Market Sales Team Lead to manage and grow a team of Account Executives focused on Mid-Market & Enterprise customers. This leader will coach reps through complex sales cycles, drive pipeline generation and conversion, and help scale a high-performing sales culture in a fast-growing SaaS environment focused on deskless and frontline workforce management. Connecteam serves businesses across industries, including construction, retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and field services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, manage, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
- Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
- Improve sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics
- Coach reps on discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent
- Analyze KPIs and optimize team performance in a high-growth SaaS environment
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years managing SaaS sales teams (preferably Mid-Market)
- Strong background in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience managing high-velocity and consultative sales cycles
- Proven success leading quota-achieving teams
- Excellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
- Advantage: experience selling to operations/frontline/workforce management industries
