About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in Construction Tech, and a proven track record of solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close full-cycle deals
  • Lead discovery and consultation to identify operational inefficiencies and permitting pain points
  • Build trust with project and operations teams across various industries
  • Present tailored ROI-driven solutions that demonstrate time savings, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Guide buyers through change, whether transitioning from legacy internal processes or third-party expediters
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success, and Operations teams to support pipeline growth
  • Share market insights cross-functionally to influence roadmap and improve onboarding

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in Construction Tech
  • Experience in mid-market accounts and a deep understanding of permitting and related workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and address operational inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both tactical users and strategic decision-makers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on long-term customer value

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS or similar technology-focused industries
  • Passion for helping businesses transform their operations and achieve their goals
