Mid-Market Account Executive
We're seeking an Account Executive based in Canada, the US, or one of our primary hubs in Montreal, Toronto, or Raleigh. This role offers full ownership and accountability within a defined market, with responsibilities including:
- New Logo Sales
- Prospecting
- Presentation (discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, closing calls)
- Forecasting (monthly and quarterly sales forecasts)
- Organizing tasks (leads, demos, proposals, follow-ups)
- Using systems (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
- Thought leadership
- Adapting to a startup mentality
About You
- B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of total sales experience in a closing role
- Documented success as a closer
- Able to articulate metrics and data
- Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high
- Outstanding verbal and written communication ability
- Insanely detail-oriented and organized
- Positive, passionate, creative, smart, high-character personality traits
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc.)
- Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software
- Documented success working in a remote setting
