The Trademark group at Fenwick, renowned internationally for strategic trademark counseling and protection, seeks a mid-level paralegal to join its dynamic team. This role is flexible, allowing for a hybrid schedule with one day in-office per week, and the possibility of additional required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket independently
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Handle domestic and foreign trademark filings
• Conduct online investigations
• Perform SAEGIS scans with guidance from a senior paralegal

Requirements

• 3+ years of trademark experience
• A Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program

Temporary employees are generally not entitled to these benefits. The anticipated range for this position is $85,000 - $133,750, with actual base salary dependent on qualifications, experience, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
